Returns Policy
We take pride in all of our hand-made play tents, mattresses, and florals and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If it was not what you expected, we offer 7 days to return an item If you decide it's not what you thought it was going to be.
*Customized play tents are NOT eligible for return (windows/pockets)*
**RUSH items can be returned but rush fee is nonrefundable**
Play tents, mattresses, and floral toppers must be returned and in perfect condition before issuing reimbursement. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship it back.
Please contact us if needed.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Warranty
We stand by our ethically handmade play tents and play mats, because we've hired seasoned seamstresses to craft each one using the highest quality fabrics. If an items arrives defective, you must notify us immediately to be eligible for the limited-time warranty. If damaged due to fabric flaw or craftsmanship, we offer a 1 year limited warranty to fix the item. If item is damaged due to negligence or rough-housing, then the customer is ineligible for the warranty & responsible for the cost of any repairs. If an item is past the 1 year limited warranty, the customer may submit a request to fix the item bearing the cost of the seamstress and E&E will pay for shipping.
Shipping
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping to all orders within the continental U.S. We offer real-time shipping rates if you wish to expedite your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. * Do note, all orders are handmade, made order so placing an order does not mean it will ship the next business day. Generally 3-5 business days after the order is placed.*
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Contact us if you have questions.
